I. Who’s responsible for the processing of your personal data?

We will process your personal data in order to send you news regarding Stelmet S.A. - basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent given by you.
IV. Who will we share your personal information with?
We will share your personal data with entities that process it on our behalf and that are involved in the performance of our activities, i.e.:
- entities handling ICT systems or entities providing ICT tools to us,
- PR agencies and marketing agencies.
These entities process data based on the agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions, while the scope of data to which they have access is limited only to data necessary to carry out activities on our behalf. These entities cannot use provided personal data for other purposes than the purposes indicated by us.

We will store your personal data until you withdraw your consent (until you unsubscribe from the newsletter).
VI. What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to access your data at any time. Moreover, you may request correction, deletion, as well as limitation of the processing of personal data.

In the case of data that you have made available to us on the basis of your consent and which we will process with the use of IT systems, you have the right to receive it from us in a structured, machine-readable format or ask us to send it directly to other controller.
In the case when you gave consent to the processing of personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance with the right to processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent given prior to its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however it’s necessary in order to send information on your request concerning Stelmet S.A.
VIII. Are decisions about you made in an automated manner?
Decisions made on the basis of your personal data will not be made in an automated manner. We also do not carry out profiling on the basis of provided information.
